Sooki offer FREE standard freight to all areas in Australia as long as the items value, exceed $130 and the item is of a full ticket price. Purchases under $130 will attract a flat fee of $10. We use Australia Post as well as Star Track Express to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. In the case of Standard shipping, please expect your order within 4-6 working days to metropolitan areas. For the option of upgrade to Express shipping Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours and regional areas between 2-5 days. 
Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes.

During sale and peak periods and orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st will be shipped the next business day, please allow 48-72 hours to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package.

Your personal information and the information, which Sooki collects, is used by us for the purpose for which it was collected. We do not provide personal information to other companies except when directly involved in the delivery or sale of a product. Sooki does not sell, share or trade customers personal information collected online with third parties. All personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group for internal use only.

Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our Sooki team immediately. Please refer to contact details.  



We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorization number. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please see contact details for Return Authorisation. 

In the case of SALE items, we are unable to offer a credit or refund for a change of heart purchase. *please note we are only able to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the fair trade practises act. (Which states if the garment is faulty the customer is entitled to a refund.)

For all other purchases, please notify us of your intention to return any item within 48 hours of delivery via email. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. We are able to offer an exchange in size and colour and are happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a full refund.
