Shipping & Returns
Sooki offer FREE standard freight to all areas in Australia as long as the items value, exceed $180 and the item is of a full ticket price. Purchases under $180 will attract a flat fee of $10. We use Australia Post as well as Star Track Express to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. In the case of Standard shipping, please expect your order within 4-6 working days to metropolitan areas. For the option of upgrade to Express shipping Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours and regional areas between 2-5 days. Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes.
During sale and peak periods and orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st will be shipped the next business day, please allow 48-72 hours to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes
Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 36 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. We are able to offer an exchange in size and colour and are happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. The voucher (credit note) can be used online or in store. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a full refund, we hope you enjoy shopping experience. Please note items need to be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
In the case of SALE items, we are unable to offer a credit or refund for a change of mind purchase. *please note we are able to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the fair trade practises act.
Vouchers and credit vouchers are valid for 6 months.
