RETURNS POLICY

Before posting back any item/s purchased from our online store, please ensure the return meets the following returns conditions: 

Full priced items  –  non refundable but are eligible for exchange OR a store credit, which can be used online or in-store and valid for 3 years. 

Sale items – non-refundable, unless deemed faulty 

Item/s are to be returned to us within 7-10 days of when the order was placed to the following address at the customer’s own cost.

All returned items are to be returned unworn, unwashed, new and with tag still attached. Item/s which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

A direct exchange can only be made if you would like to change the size of your garment. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please request an online store credit to then purchase the new item on a separate online order.

For a speedy full-price exchange we recommend purchasing the alternate size or garment in a new order to secure it knowing you we receive a full refund once we receive the returned item/s.

Please notify us of your intention to return item/s as soon as possible via email to enquiries@sooki.com.au when it is an exchange of size.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for items deemed faulty. inaccordance to the ACCC. 

 

SHIPPING

Sooki offer FREE standard freight to all areas in Australia as long as the items value exceed $130 and the item is of a full ticket price. Purchases under $130 will attract a flat fee of $10. We use Australia Post as well as Star Track Express to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.

In the case of Standard shipping, please expect your order within 4-6 working days to metropolitan areas. For the option of upgrade to Express shipping Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours from time of dispatch and regional areas between 2-5 days from time of dispatch.

Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes.

Please allow 24 hours for all orders, including Express, to be processed. During sale and peak periods and orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st and all other public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package.

 

VOUCHERS

Vouchers and credit vouchers are valid for 3 YEARS can be used instore or online
