Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchases.

All She’s On Sale, Sooki Partner and sale items discounted by 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect sizing or fit.

Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).

Where a refund has been approved, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
