Delivery Information

Parcels are delivered between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to receive your parcel during these hours to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

If a parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided and the property has an unsecured or unmonitored letterbox or delivery location, Sooki does not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or missing items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Please ensure your delivery address is secure and suitable for parcel delivery.

Please note that our free shipping offer does not apply to orders paid using credit notes.

Sooki Partner Items

Please note that Sooki Partner products may require an additional processing time of up to 3 extra business days before dispatch, due to sourcing and fulfilment from our partner network.
